Return Policy
• HotTrendyDeals.com will authorize returns on products that have not been opened or used. IF the product does not meet the aforementioned condition, no credit or refund will be issued. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to HotTrendyDeals.com on returned items, and HotTrendyDeals.com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the boxes.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; HotTrendyDeals.com will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).
• HotTrendyDeals.com STRONGLY RECOMMENDS you fully INSURE your shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. HotTrendyDeals.com also provides insurance from delivery company as an option and also upon requests.
• All returns can be returned directly to HotTrendyDeals.com within 14 days from the invoice date, at HotTrendyDeals.com's discretion for: credit, replacement or exchange.
All return orders subject to a 50% restocking fee plus shipping charges as well. Refunds will only be issue upon shipment is returned under condition as it was sent out. Upon completion of inspection of shipment without damages, defects, swapping of fake products, then a refund will be issue. Refund will take approximately 2-3 business days.
